The TTA is an independent UK travel trade association, established in 1993 and part of the Travel Network Group. It supports independent travel agents, tour operators and travel organisers through a framework of professional standards, industry guidance and financial protection arrangements.
TTA membership helps give our clients confidence that they are booking with a company that operates within a recognised protection framework. Under the TTA’s arrangements, customer funds are held securely and only released in line with the relevant trust or alternative protection structure. This is designed to protect the value of client bookings and ensure money is managed responsibly.
Each customer also receives a Safe Seat Guarantee, the TTA’s protection promise for the value of a booking, up to £11,000, subject to the scheme terms.
Together, these protections mean you can book with confidence, knowing your trip is supported by an established industry body and a robust financial protection framework.
